No Return / No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (customized, printed, made-to-order, and digital goods), we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

All products are quality-checked before dispatch.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive an incorrect product

Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos sent to care@tikshaa.com. Our decision will be final.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
