Shipping Charges

• Shipping is currently free

• We reserve the right to apply shipping charges in the future, which will be clearly displayed at checkout

Order Processing

Orders are processed only after confirmation and quality checks. Dispatch does not occur on Sundays, public holidays, or special festival holidays.

Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (customized, printed, made-to-order, and digital goods), we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

All products are quality-checked before dispatch.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

• You receive a damaged product

• You receive an incorrect product

Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos sent to care@tikshaa.com. Our decision will be final.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
